About our sliding scale options
As in previous years, we will have a sliding scale available for both adult and teen tickets. Sliding scales are based on a pay-what-you-can philosophy, which understands that not everyone has the same financial situation and therefore the same ability to pay a fixed ticket price.  There are three pricing tiers: “community support”, “general admission”, and “abundance”. We are committed to continuing to purchase organic and local food for this event, but as food costs continue to rise, it is difficult to maintain this pricing. We encourage those of you who can to purchase a “general admission” ticket to help sustain this event, and your purchase of an “abundance” ticket allows us to continue to offer this lower “community support” option to our community members who may not otherwise be able to attend.

After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with arrival information and driving directions.

Registration fees include: Four full days of classes and workshops, 5 nights of camping at The Sharpening Stone Gathering site, 10 organic meals, coffee and tea, firewood, instructor networking and organization, parking, and access to surrounding land for hiking and recreation.  Some instructors may charge small additional materials fees, so we encourage you to bring cash to pay your instructors.  As with other gatherings like this, class schedules will not be available until the event starts. 

What about children? Children are welcome and encouraged to attend our gathering! We offer a youth program with daily children’s activities and a family-oriented environment.

Cancellation Policy: We can offer full refunds minus a 20% fee until May 1st, 2025. After May 1st we cannot offer refunds. Ticket transfers are possible and can be done via email.
